Pilates & Movement Training

Classical Pilates and movement training at the Centre with Cindy focuses on supporting a woman’s body with any ability through all stages of life. We will work on many aspects of whole body health, including strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. All sessions are done in a private setting at the Centre with special Pilates equipment, so that you receive attention and information to support your body’s needs. Each body is unique and so is the workout we create.
