ABOUT CINDY
I understand the challenges and changes happening to your body, having travelled through perimenopause and menopause myself with more questions than answers.
Thinning hair, poor memory, changes in body composition and hot flushes, were some of the symptoms I navigated in perimenopause and at times it felt overwhelming.
That was the inspiration for me to learn more about this natural stage of life, to understand how the female body undergoes all these changes, so I could support other women along the way.
In my years of practice as a registered acupuncturist, holistic nutritionist and Pilates instructor, I have worked with women through perimenopause to find better balance and flow of qi (chi), reduce nightsweats, improve energy, memory and sleep.
My approach to health and wellbeing is about supporting your WHOLE BODY’S HEALTH. It is a body, mind and spirit approach to help you achieve strength and vitality now and into your golden years.
