  1. How do I book an appointment?

    Acupuncture appointments can be booked directly through the website’s "Book an Appointment" links. Some services, like the virtual Pilates classes and private training must be booked directly with Cindy. Please contact her at info@womenshealthcentre.ca.

  2. Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

    No, the Women’s Health Centre does not direct bill. However, many of their services are covered under most private insurance plans.

  3. How do I get reimbursed by my insurance?

    After your payment for a service is processed, you will receive an emailed invoice containing all the necessary provider information to submit to your insurance company for coverage.

  4. Do you only see women for acupuncture or Pilates training?

    While the primary focus is on women’s health, the Women’s Health Centre is an inclusive space. They welcome men, transgender, non-binary, and queer individuals for treatment.

  5. Is the Women's Health Centre wheel chair accessible?

    Unfortunately no, there are stairs to enter the clinic space on the second floor.
