In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the liver is deeply connected to the spring season. When functioning optimally, it keeps your energy flowing, supports healthy digestion, and helps regulate your emotions.
From a Western medicine perspective, the liver acts as your body’s master filter—clearing out toxins, old blood cells, and used hormones through your digestive system. The great news is there are specific foods and supplements that can lighten this workload, which we will talk about along the way.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a Holistic Nutritionist, and Pilates Instructor, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people bridge the gap between recovery and true vitality. I believe that proactive healing begins when we provide the body with the essential building blocks it needs to thrive.
My approach combines Traditional Chinese Medicine studies with 10 years of clinical work as a Registered Acupuncturist.
I specialize in teaching my clients how to align their health with the change of seasons, using the natural energy of spring to reset the body, clear the mind, and restore a sense of balance. Whether we are optimizing your nutrition or refining your movement, my goal is to help you achieve a whole-body transformation that lasts a lifetime

Yes most of this program takes place over Zoom and via email.
Even if you don’t join us in person you can set up a nature walk with a friend or two on each Saturday during the program.
Timing is important and this program is starting at the beginning of the spring season, but you can sign up and follow the program yourself during the month of May if needed. All recordings will be available on our landing page for you to access.
